Il centro di cultura e buddismo a Nanshan espone sia la cultura tradizionale cinese che la cultura hainanese e buddista. Le attrazioni più impressionanti sono: la statua di giada ed oro rappresentante il Guanyin, il tempio di Nanshan, la statua del Guanyin di mille braccia, il calamaio a forma di drago più grande del mondo e degli scenari tropicali incredibili.
Dopo un pranzo vegetariano buddistico al ristorante di Nanshan andrete a Tianya Haijiao (anche chiamato “la fine del mondo”). Questa località rappresenta il centro della cultura e del folclore cinese ed è origine di numerose legende.
